The Position The role of a DCS Automation Specialist/Engineer is pivotal in shepherding our new facilities from the design phase through to operational readiness and into operations. In this capacity, you will collaborate extensively within Novo Nordisk’s internal and external departments to our projects, as well as our Engineering Partners, to ensure comprehensive resource coverage for project tasks and to establish standardized design, implementation, and deployment procedures for highly automated solutions. You will be leading the automation direction and strategy in conjunction with other resources across Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). Your tasks will encompass guiding dedicated team members to ensure oversight and offer direction for issue resolution, in conjunction with solution architects and other automation specialists.
