The Position As an Associate Manager for Production Engineering - Moulds, you will lead an expanding team of highly skilled professionals, currently comprising a team of engineers, dedicated to bringing new injection moulding tools into our support and establishing together with our development area (DMD) a global network of moulding capacity. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure:

Staff motivation and engagement through coaching and sparring.

Recruit and onboard team members.

Development of skills and training of staff.

Setting and implementing technical and strategic direction for the team.

Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Timely executing of injection moulding tool commissioning projects.

Supporting ramp-up and running production at CMO´s.

Effective and data driven problem-solving related to injection moulding tools and processes, with the application of cLEAN principles.
