The position
As a Project Manager in Integrated Quality (IQ) your primary responsibility will be to drive mid-size projects/activities, conduct analysis work, and facilitate meetings & workshops within a track in one of the Workstreams in Integrated Quality, supporting the transformation of our Quality Management System to support the Novo Nordisk scaling ambition. Five Workstreams has been established to drive the transformation: IQ Structure, IQ Leadership, IQ Training, IQ Culture and IQ Data & Technology. The nature of activities or tracks you will lead will be different in character depending on the actual Workstream you will be involved in.
